About CITINet
Established in 2000, CITINet is the market leader in provision of the platform and services for research and innovation management, collaboration and information sharing.
Our previous research has been supported by the Innovation and Technology Fund and General Research Fund of the Hong Kong SAR Government, and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Our first internet-based research information system (IRIS) was launched and used in the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) and NSFC in 2000. With the active participations and contributions of government funding agencies (including ITC, NSFC, the Department of Science and Technologies from Guangdong, Jiangxi and Guangxi provinces) and universities/research institutions in Hong Kong SAR and the mainland China, we have further developed the Scholarmate and its service of Research Online to enable the research collaboration and information sharing.
